π Watermelon & Mint Smoothie Recipe
π Ingredients:
2 cups fresh watermelon, cubed (seeds removed)
Β½ cup unsweetened coconut water or plain water
4β6 fresh mint leaves
Juice of Β½ lime
1 scoop collagen or unflavoured protein (optional)
A few ice cubes
Optional: 1 tsp chia seeds or flaxseeds
π Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend until smooth and frothy.
Pour into a chilled glass and garnish with a mint sprig or watermelon wedge.
