Blueberry & Mango Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients (2 servings)

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen mango chunks

  • 1 banana

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (or plant-based yogurt)

  • ½ cup orange juice or coconut water

  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

  • ½ cup ice cubes (optional, for thickness)

Instructions

1. Add blueberries, mango, banana, yogurt, and orange juice (or coconut water) into a blender.

2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

3. Taste and add honey/maple syrup if needed.

4. For a thicker smoothie, add ice cubes and blend again.

5. Pour into glasses, serve, and enjoy!
