Ingredients (1 serving, ~180 calories)

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen mango chunks (100 cal)

  • 1 small banana (90 cal)

  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (15 cal)

  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt (optional, adds creaminess & protein, ~35 cal)

  • Ice cubes (optional for thickness)

Instructions

1. Add mango, banana, almond milk, and yogurt (if using) into a blender.

2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

3. Pour into a glass, add ice if desired, and enjoy chilled.
